The public page uses aggregate records only. Names, phone numbers, addresses, HOG IDs and individual evidence remain inside the protected operations portal.

Confirmed delivery

A live distribution transaction recorded against a beneficiary and event. It connects the handover to inventory movement and, where captured, photographic evidence.

Historical assistance

Older HOG ×1/×2/×3/×4 giving records imported from legacy registers. Entries without verified historical dates/evidence remain clearly marked for reconciliation internally.

Lifetime support

The combined support trail for each person: historical assistance, digitally confirmed distributions and other recorded programme benefits—without overwriting earlier giving.

Evaluation focuses on beneficiaries reached, frequency and consistency of support, types and quantities distributed, geographic coverage, and beneficiary feedback.
