A legacy of compassion transformed into structured humanitarian service.

Hand of Grace Charity Kitchen Initiative was inspired by the enduring legacy of Pa Michael Adeola Oladunjoye, remembered for feeding the hungry, supporting widows, assisting struggling families and extending care to vulnerable people in his community. As food insecurity and social vulnerability deepened, those who witnessed this generosity recognized the need to give compassion structure, continuity and accountability. HOG Initiative was formally established on 1 July 2024 to preserve that legacy and respond systematically to hunger and basic human needs.

Mission: Hand of Grace Charity Kitchen Initiative exists to combat hunger, reduce vulnerability, and restore dignity among underserved communities by providing consistent food support, basic health interventions, and compassionate humanitarian services grounded in transparency, accountability, and community engagement.

Vision: A society where no one goes to bed hungry and every individual is treated with dignity, care, and compassion.

Hand of Grace Charity Kitchen Initiative is a registered Incorporated Trustee operating as a non-profit, non-political and charitable organization under the Companies and Allied Matters Act. It was formally established on 1 July 2024 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria, under CAC/TIN/7637694. The Board of Trustees is the organization’s highest decision-making and oversight body.
